In more than 3,350 square meters, two bedroom nests, 2½ bathrooms is a combination of two units on the sixth floor. It has also served as a phase for the impressive collection of Zweig’s memorandums.

This includes Charlie Sheen’s helmet from “Plato”, the “Dirty Harry” of Clint Eastwood and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Gungun from “Terminator 2: Day of Judgment”.

There is also the license of John Belushi driver, which is in one of the apartment dust rooms, and memorandums from the film “Edward Scissorhands”.

The collection, which also includes sports memorandums, art and photographs, including a black and good photo of Kate Moss from Mario Testino along with the vintage typewriter, rare books and more was not part of the sale, sources said.

Zweig first bought 6B in 2012 for $ 2.89 million, followed by 6C in 2013 for $ 3 million.

A six -year -old renovation to combine units followed.

“It is a truly unique space and there are some of the crazy memorandas of pop culture within a museum,” said Netflix’s Manhattan Ryan I, who shared Greg Vladi’s ranking.

Zweig inherited the collection gene from his late father Martin, an investor who once envisioned the 1987 shares.

Elder Zweig paid a $ 21.5m dollars by the Penthouse’s Penthouse of Pierre Hotel in 1999. He was on the market for $ 125 million when he passed away in 2013, leaving his collection-including the joyous birthday of Marilyn Monroe, Mr. Barbara.

The beach road settlement opens in a custom with custom closures and a modern chandelier leading to a brilliant red brick wall room, brick and tin -exposed ceilings.

There is also an open lifestyle/dining area with a wet built -in grass and a kitchen of a chef.

Design details include three exposures, a pocket door that opens in a home office with construction windows, and 20 windows opposite the south and west of the sunset over the Hudson River.

The main bedroom comes with coop lighting, a walking closet and a bathroom similar to the bathroom. Both the bedroom and the open office for a balcony facing the yard.

The settlement is in a warehouse of the former Cafe, Tea and Spices, the Fischer Mills building, which dates back to 1860 and is now a full-service Condo.

The renovation was led by Jill Diamant of DHD Architecture & Interior Design Design, an architect and Emilee Pearson, a designer.
