The historic village that played a key role in “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” – Woody Allen’s romantic drama in 2008 – came to the market, offering a rare opportunity to live inside a film scene for about $ 28.3 million.
Captured at the top of Putxet Hill near Barcelona Mount Tibidabo, nearly 11,000 square legs served as the home of Patricia Clarkson’s character in the film, and played hospitable for much of her sunshine presentation.
Clarkson played the role of Judy – a distant relative of Vicky. The character of Hall stayed with her and her husband in the Spanish settlement in the film.
The settlement was created in 1917 by Enric Sagnier, a famous Catalonian architect, whose work builds modernism, Art Nouveau and classical Spanish forms.
Although less famous internationally than his contemporary Anton Gaudí, whose work around the city attracts visitors from around the world, Sagnier left a deprivation in the architectural landscape of Barcelona.
The village is rich in detail and atmosphere, with platheresque blooms like arched windows, fancy iron works and a dramatic oak entrance.
Inside, the main level opens in a large lobby pouring into a vibrant salt and nearly 800 square meters.
The sun’s light is poured into a long gallery, leading to a terrace and a pool engraved on the Mount Putxet rock terrain.
The property includes seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, including a primary suite that includes most of the second floor, with double dressing rooms, a 550 -square -foot bedroom and a private terrace overlooking the city.
The kitchen arm includes a dedicated wine basement and neighborhoods, while the upper level offers exposed rays and comprehensive views of the Barcelona horizon.
The ranking is held by Lucas Fox, a luxury broker specializing in high -level Spanish property.
